The BIPP North West Chapter represents photographers from all over the North West, North Wales and the Isle of Man, so to change scene, our October event was in Chester! It was a 2 part event with Adrian Dewey. In the morning, we had a sold out workshop with Adrian and professional model Jade Wallis. Attendees were able to learn from both the photographer and model’s perspective and a great time was had by all!

“Adrian and Jade gave us an experience as useful as it was fun. I’ve  never worked with a model before, but I left the day feeling that a boudoir shoot would be something I could reasonably attempt.

Very well organised event!  Always great to see the images after, and see how 7 different people took images of the same model in the same outfit and location, but all had a very different take on the final composition and post processing. ”

“It was a great day with engaging and informative people and an experience I am very keen to repeat if the BIPP are able to run more events here in the North West. Chester is the perfect location for us out here on Anglesey being only an hour or so away and it was such a luxury not to have to drive all day and book hotels to attend a workshop.”

In the evening, Adrian presented a retrospective of his work and gave insight into his fashion and glamour photography.
